- Our goal at Northland Lodging is to provide you with high quality, clean, and
comfortable vacation rental homes. Northland Lodging has grown to the largest
vacation home rental service in the Northwoods. With the most vacation homes to
choose from, Northland Lodging takes pride in finding you the home that meets all of
your needs.
In our constant stride to maintain our high quality of customer satisfaction, we have
put together rental agreements to keep consistent with client requests, Northland
business policies, and state and county regulations,
A rental agreement will be sent out after a verbal, mail, or email reservation is
accepted. Customers have the option of reserving the vacation home by providing the
booking deposit with credit card, money order, or personal check. Credit card
reservations are confirmed on day of reservation. If paying booking deposit with
money order or personal check, payment must accompany filled out, signed, and dated
rental agreement within the date listed on agreement. Booking deposits will be
applied to final balance.
Please list all names of guests to be staying in rental home. This is a Wisconsin State
regulation that we must follow.
Security Deposit: A security or damage deposit must be included with rental
agreement. Security deposit in the form or active credit card #, money order or
personal check for $350.00
Security deposit will be refunded within 10 days of last day of rental if no damage
occurs. Damage is described as other than normal wear and tear.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made 45 days prior to arrival date scheduled. Cancellation
notice received less than 45 days may result in loss of deposit. Approved
cancellations received before 45 days prior to arrival date will be awarded a full
refund less a $25 processing fee.
No smoking inside the house.
No pets allowed, unless otherwise approved.
Directions are sent with rental agreements. Guests may elect to go straight to vacation
home on arrival or request a escort to cabin. Guests electing to go on their own to
vacation home must have balance paid in full before arrival. We do advise reserving a
time for escorts to vacation homes.
