Welcome to Grandma Dorothy's; a beautiful, unique, rental on Echo Lake in the North woods. Not
only does this lake front cabin offer you plenty of room and glorious sunsets, but it is handicapped
accessible. Newly re-modeled, the cabin offers the rustic charm of a North woods cabin, plus safety
and ease of use. Grandma Dorothy's has many amenities to offer for a variety of vacationers.
The kitchen, dining, bedrooms, and bath areas have been refinished with pine. The area was opened
up to allow for easy movement and greater brightness. The living room with it's majestic fireplace is
spacious enough to invite a variety of activities. There is wonderful lake front, with ramped walkways
leading from the cabin to the water and dock. A sandy lake bottom allows good swimming. Include with
the main house, there is a lake shore cottage for your use that has a double bed. The cabin welcomes
lake breezes and a spectacular view of the sunsets.
Grandma Dorthy's sleeping arrangements: The master bedroom has a double bed. The second
bedroom has two twin beds, one is a electrically adjustable twin available upon request. In the living
room, there are two sleeper sofas.
The bathroom features a shower that will accommodate a wheelchair.
Rowboat provided with rental.
Basketball, tennis, softball, and public beach nearby.
Pets restricted to the screen porch or entry way, no smoking please.

A $200.00 deposit is required to confirm all bookings. A deposit is required within 7 days of the
time of booking, balance due at arrival.
Cancellation policy: All cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance. A fee of 25.00 is
charged on all cancellations.
We advise booking early to get the times and dates that you want!

Grandma Dorthy's is located on Echo Lake. Within walking distance to the downtown area of
Mercer.
Directions to cabin will be provided to guests with their booking information.
