Management Services We Offer:
Manage all bookings, from the time of the reservation till the time of departure.
Collection of all moneys, deposits, security deposits, and balances due. Northland does
accept credit cards and has its own credit card processing program.
Cleaning of Property, our cleaning staff is well versed in Northland's expectations as well
as state and county regulations.
Lawn and driveway maintenance, from mowing, trimming and plowing of snow.
Minor to Major maintenance, Northland has a full time person on staff to handle anything
from a minor repair to something as major as plumbing or electrical.
Marketing and advertising, we feel advertising is key to our success and our extensive
program gets results.
Meeting customer needs, whether it be a rental of a boat, ATV, snowmobile or a guide for
fishing or tour of area, Northland can provide the needs of the renter.
Customer Relations, We take pride in satisfying the customers, many of our rental clients
