This rental was designed and is
maintained to assure you a
private, quiet vacation. Located
within a pristine forest on Little
Martha Lake. Each of the two
spacious bedrooms has a
queen-size bed and private full
bath. A jacuzzi tub is available
in the main bath. The loft has a
double bed and two singles
with its own half bath.Washer
and dryer also provided.We
have only one rental unit to
offer you the very best.

Take Hwy. 51 to the north end of
town to Hwy. County J (County J
is road before ICO gas station)
turn right on Hwy. J follow about a
mile till you see a sign on left,
(Beaver Drive) turn left there and
then another left at the Indianhead
Sign. Log Cabin is located on Left.

Summer Rates and Winter Rates
From May 31- Aug 30 only weekly rentals accepted.
Saturday to Saturday
$1100.00 per week for 3 people
$1,200 per week for 4 people
$1,300 per week for 5 people
$1,450 per week for 6 people
30% deposit required to secure booking.
All other dates minimum of 3 day bookings accepted.
A deposit is required within 7 days of the time of booking, balance due
at arrival. Deposits in the form of check must be made out to
"Northland Lodging."
Children under 12 half price.

3 Night Minimum Booking
2 people - $175.00 daily
3 people - $195.00 daily
4 people - $215.00 daily
5 people - $235.00 daily
6 people - $255.00 daily
A 30% deposit is required on all
3 day bookings.
