Summer Rates and Winter Rates

$650.00 per week for up to 4 guests.
70.00 per week for extra person
30% deposit required to secure booking
May 31, 2008 - Aug.. 30, 2008
weekly bookings only available.

All other dates minimum of 3 day bookings accepted.
A deposit is required within 7 days of the time of booking, balance due at arrival.
We accept credit card and personal checks for deposits.
Pets welcome for a extra rate of 35.00 per week and 5.00 per nightly rental.

3 Night Minimum Booking

$125.00 daily up to 4 guests
Extra person add 10.00 per night
A 50% deposit is required on all 3 day bookings, balance due on arrival.

1Queen bed in one bedroom, 2 twins in another room and sofa
sleeper in living room.

A 14ft. boat is available for our guests.
Outboard rental is available.
