Bedroom 1 has a king bed, bedroom 2 has 2 full beds, and the studio guest house has a queen bed, wet bar, and 2nd bathroom. There is a full kitchen with a dining area and a full suite of stainless appliances, including a dishwasher. The living room features a fieldstone fireplace with a high-efficiency Quadra-fire insert. You’ll have easy access to the Sportsman’s Landing boat ramp and be close by to Donner’s Bay resort, where you can buy gas or stop in for a nightcap. Pete’s Place has a 48-foot dock with a 2,000 lb boat lift and power, an outdoor fire pit, and a pole barn to park your vehicle or trailer for additional parking if needed.
